The terms “you” and “your” refer to the user of the Eonepay Platform. The term “Services” refers to any services offered by Eonepay whether on the Eonepay Platform or otherwise.

Please read this Policy before using the Eonepay Platform or submitting any personal information to Eonepay. This Policy is a part of and incorporated within, and is to be read along with, the Terms of Use.

YOUR CONSENT

By using the Eonepay Platform and the Services, you agree and consent to the collection, transfer, use, storage, disclosure and sharing of your information as described and collected by us in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with the Policy, please do not use or access the Eonepay Platform.

We may occasionally update this Policy and such changes will be posted on this page. If we make any significant changes to this Policy we will endeavour to provide you with reasonable notice of such changes, such as via prominent notice on the Eonepay Platform or to your email address on record and where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent. To the extent permitted under the applicable law, your continued use of our Services after we publish or send a notice about our changes to this Policy shall constitute your consent to the updated Policy.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We are committed to respecting your privacy. We further recognize your need for appropriate protection and management of any Personal Information You share with us. We may collect the following information:

• Personal data such as, but not limited to, Name, Location, Password, Email ID, Mobile Number, GSTIN and Certificate, etc.
• Contents of your shipment for further processing and delivery.
• Tracking Information such as, but not limited to the IP address of your device and Device ID when connected to the Internet. [This information may include the URL that you just came from (whether this URL is on the Website or not), which URL you next go to (whether this URL is on the Website or not), your computer browser information, and other information associated with your interaction with the Eonepay Platform;
• We collect information as to how you interact with our Services, preferences expressed and settings chosen. Eonepay Platform includes the Eonepay advertising services (“Ad Services”), which may collect user activity and browsing history within the Eonepay Platform and across third-party sites and online services, including those sites and services that include our ad pixels (“Pixels”), widgets, plug-ins, buttons, or related services or through the use of cookies. Our Ad Services collect browsing information including without limitation your Internet protocol (IP) address and location, your login information, browser type and version, date and time stamp, user agent, Eonepay cookie ID (if applicable), time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other information about user activities on the Eonepay Platform, as well as on third party sites and services that have embedded our Pixels, widgets, plug-ins, buttons, or related services;
• Payment Gateways of third party including details of billing, Debit and Credit Card details;
• Details such as, not limited to, Offers, Campaigns, Sales and Redemptions built using the platform;
• Details of App usage for analytics;
• The type of device and operating system used to access the Platform and the date and time you access the website;
• We may collect and store information about you to process your requests and automatically complete forms for future transactions, including (but not limited to) your phone number, address, email, billing information and credit or payment card information.
• Content which you provide to us, which may include reviews, booking details and history, addresses, contact information of people you refer to us and other information you provide on the Eonepay Platform;
• By using our platform, you agree to give access of device camera or stored pictures, contacts or user account information to Eonepay for further use of services which we may share further with third parties;
• We may receive information about you from third parties, such as other users, partners (including ad partners, analytics providers, search information providers), or our affiliated companies or if you use any of the other websites/apps we operate or the other Services we provide. Users of our Ad Services and other third-parties may share information with us such as the cookie ID, device ID, or demographic or interest data, and information about content viewed or actions taken on a third-party website, online services or apps.

This privacy policy also applies to data we collect from users who are not registered as members of this site, including, but not limited to, browsing behavior, pages viewed etc. We also collect and store personal information provided by you from time to time on our platform.

Where any service requested by you involves a third party, such information as is reasonably necessary by us to carry out your service request may be shared with such third party. The Company may also use contact information internally to direct its efforts for service improvement, but shall immediately delete all such information upon withdrawal of your consent for the same through our ‘unsubscribe’ button or through an email to be sent to care@eonepay.in

We shall collect and store all such information in our internal Company servers for a finite period time, as long as you are a User of the Website, and shall immediately delete all such information upon expiry of your Usership. We shall also delete all aforementioned communication upon withdrawal of Usership of any single Party to the communication.

The Company will not use your financial information for any purpose other than to complete a transaction with you. To the extent possible, we provide you the option of not divulging any specific information that you wish for us not to collect, store or use. You may also choose not to use a particular service or feature on the Site, and opt out of any non-essential communications from the platform.

Further, transacting over the internet has inherent risks which can only be avoided by you following security practices yourself, such as not revealing account/login related information to any other person and informing our customer care team about any suspicious activity or where your account has/may has been compromised.

At every stage prior to, during or after information collection, you have the right to access all personally identifiable information provided, rectify or alter all personally identifiable information provided, restrict the level of information to be retained as per your sole discretion and object to the retention, use and potential disclosure of the personally identifiable information.

USES OF YOUR INFORMATION

We only collect and use such information from you that we consider necessary for achieving a seamless, efficient and safe experience, customized to your needs including:

• To enable the provision of services opted for by you;

• To measure or understand the effectiveness of advertising we serve to you and others, and to deliver relevant advertising to you; We use Your tracking information such as IP addresses, and or Device ID to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information. We will not sell, license or trade Your personal information. We will not share your personal information with others unless they are acting under our instructions or we are required to do so by law. Information collected via Our server logs includes users' IP addresses and the pages visited; this will be used to manage the web system and troubleshoot problems. We also use third-party analytics, tracking, optimization and targeting tools to understand how users engage with our website so that we can improve it and cater personalized content/ads according to their preferences.

We analyse the log files of our Eonepay Platform that may contain Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type and language, Internet service provider (ISP), referring, app crashes, page viewed and exit websites and applications, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. This helps us to administer the website, to learn about user behavior on the site, to improve our product and services, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We may disclose your information collected by us for the following purposes:

• With service providers: There may be a number of services offered by external service providers that help you use our Platform. If you choose to use these optional services, and in the course of doing so, disclose information to the service providers, and/or grant them permission to collect information about you, then their use of your information is governed by their privacy policy. We may also share your information with our Service Partners, consultants, marketing partners, research firms and other service providers or business partners, such as Payment processing companies, to support our business.

While you cannot opt out of advertising on the Eonepay Platform, you may opt out of much interest-based advertising on third party sites and through third party ad networks (including DoubleClick Ad Exchange, Facebook Audience Network and Google AdSense). Opting out means that you will no longer receive personalized ads by third parties ad networks from which you have opted out, which is based on your browsing information across multiple sites and online services. • For Internal Use: We may share your information with any present or future member of our “Group” (as defined below)or affiliates for our internal business purposes The term “Group” means, with respect to any person, any entity that is controlled by such person, or any entity that controls such person, or any entity that is under common control with such person, whether directly or indirectly, or, in the case of a natural person, any Relative (as such term is defined in the Companies Act, 1956 and Companies Act, 2013 to the extent applicable) of such person.
• With Logistic Partners: While you place a request of a shipment through the Eonepay Platform, your information is provided to us and to the respective Logistic partners and with their employees with whom you may choose to book your shipment. In order to facilitate the online booking of shipment, we provide your information to that respective partner and its employee. If you provide a mobile phone number, Eonepay may send you text messages regarding the status of your shipment.

COOKIES

Our Eonepay Platform and third parties with whom we partner, may use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, mobile device IDs, “flash cookies” and similar files or technologies to collect and store information with respect to your use of the Services and third-party websites.

“Cookies” are small files sited on your hard drive that assist us in providing customized services. We also offer certain features that are only available through the use of a “cookie”. Cookies can also help us provide information, which is targeted to your interests. Cookies may be used to identify logged in or registered users. Our Website uses session cookies to ensure that you have a good experience. Eonepay shall not be responsible for and has no control over the practices and content of any website accessed using the links contained on the Eonepay Platform. This Policy shall not apply to any information you may disclose to any of our service providers/service personnel which we do not require you to disclose to us or any of our service providers under this Policy.

SECURITY

We have in place appropriate technical and security measures to secure the information collected by us.

We use vault and tokenization services from third party service providers to protect the sensitive personal information provided by you. The third-party service providers with respect to our vault and tokenization services and our payment gateway and payment processing are compliant with the payment card industry standard (generally referred to as PCI compliant service providers). You are advised not to send your full credit/debit card details through unencrypted electronic platforms. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a username and password which enables you to access certain parts of the Eonepay Platform, you are responsible for keeping these details confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

Please be aware that the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted through the Eonepay Platform. Once we have received your information, we will use strict physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to try to prevent unauthorized access.

Eonepay works on SaaS model interalia provides software to courier and cargo service providers in the domestic market, however we are also catering to Custom handling agents for filling the paper works with Indian customs through our software. Through our software all vendors are able manage their Data operations related to bookings and inventory Management.
